Ho scaricato la app per riscattare le miglia e dopo un primo utilizzo senza problemi, la app ha iniziato a chiudersi da sola ogni volta che ho tentato di riutilizzarla. Da quel momento, non riesco neanche più ad aprirla che automaticamente si chiude e smette di funzionare. Non ho potuto più riscattare le miglia di voli precedente ed è diventata inutilizzabile. Inoltre l’assistenza non esiste, non c’è un canale o un indirizzo mail al quale scrivere per chiudere aiuto. Pessimi 👎

The app is looking good, by the way certain functionalities (e.g. seat selection) are not managed inside the app but only on their website. It should provide all functionalities available on the website. By the way the biggest thumb down is the impossibility to add the LATAM Pass to Apple Wallet, please add it - LATAM is the only flight company I know that doesn’t allow adding the frequent traveler card in the Apple Wallet!!
