· Cinematic Looks: we provided a dozen of cinematic looks for filmmakers -- the styles are categorized into Neutral Styles, Film Emulation (classic Kodak and Fuji cinema film), Movie Inspired (blockbusters and indie masterpieces), and ALEXA Looks.
# ASSISTANTS

· Frame Rate Normalization: Mobile devices don't have perfect frame rate control, therefore, it's easy to get non-standard variable frame rate. Protake solves this problem fundamentally and makes strictly constant FPS of 24, 25, 30, 60, 120, etc.
· File-naming: All the video files saved by Protake use the standard naming system: Camera Unit + Reel Number + Clip Count + Date + Suffix. It's something like "A001C00203_200412_IR8J.MOV"... Sounds familiar?
· Metadata: Everything including device model, ISO, shutter angel, white balance, lens, connected accessories, location, are all well recorded in the file's metadata.
· Time code: We provided both options for you -- Free Run and Record Run. It's compatible with your cinema cameras.

Finora di app per registrare video ne ho provate tante, ma nessuna è all’altezza di Protake!Io ho un iPhone 11, privo di modalità cinematica, allora ero alla ricerca di un’app che mi permettesse di utilizzarla, e mi sono imbattuto in questa. Oltre alla modalità cinematica ha anche svariate altre opzioni di registrazione video e si possono anche modificare molti parametri come ISO, ecc. Unica pecca è la mancanza di un’app per Apple Watch, utile magari per vedere l’inquadratura dal polso, avviare e cambiare la modalità di registrazione.

Ok good app, one thing missing is log gamma and looks in 10 bits mode, an 8bit log is useless. Peaking doesn’t work in low light. No focus reticle, just full screen AF or manual AF. Good choice of pro codec up to prores 444. No focus racking speed choice. Good GUI, could be more readable. No look presets. No 4k 50p (why??). For my taste, better than Filmic Pro, Mavis and Cinema P3. Not perfect yet but best pro app available for videomaking.

The best one so far, i’m going to buy the pro version beacuse even if almost the whole app is free they deserve it. Every control is clear and reachable plus all the functions integrated in the app are amazing. Well done! (4 stars only because I know they are going to make even better in the future) :)

Sul 12 pro max surriscalda molto di meno ora con il portrait spero tanto che farete una cinema mode come la versione originale dei 13 pro in su sarebbe il top 👍
