I’ve tried so many apps so far and this one is one of the worst in my personal experience.1st of all: it throws you in a flow of fast sentences and words that you never heard before and pretends you to know what they mean. If I just started how can I know that? And it speaks so fast that I cannot even understand a single word.2nd: the speaking sessions. The software for the voice recognition is that bad that never gets a single word correctly, so that you spend most of the time repeating the same word until it gets it right.I’m very disappointed.

I was trying to use the mandarin lesson and the teacher voice is not really good, also I start as beginner but the complexity is not proportional to the level so the result is very discouraging. Plus the user experience of the interface is pretty confuse not really user friendly. Next step is uninstall the app. The ads was promising compared with the real use.

If you try to cancel the subscription online you don’t get a reply and when I checked online my credit card was still saved in the paying methods and the subscription was still active. I already wrote 2 email. If they cancel my subscription on time I will let you know and I’ll correct this review.

Really bad in terms of speaking, the waiting time you need to wait for the AI to speak and than you, and the micro activates, the fact you cannot speak straight away and needs to wait the AI repeat every sentence, it really sucks when you just want to conclude the lesson fast..plus I think is not adequate in terms of levels of knowledge (A1 to C2 for example). I try the Italian and really did not like it.
