I have paid for the subscription twice, however the application is still not working properly and remains locked on the free version only, despite the successful payments.

Hello! Sad to hear you're having trouble activating the subscription. The App Store is responsible for all payments and subscription activation. You can check all active subscriptions in your AppleID settings in Subscriptions section. If your subscription to our app is indeed active, you can go to the PRO version purchase screen and click the Restore Subscription button.
