Avevo pagato un prezzo simbolico di circa €1 per scoprire la palette di colori adatta alle mie caratteristiche. Tuttavia dopo aver pagato mi sono resa conto che non era incluso nel acquisto e solo includeva un suggerimento di abbigliamento fatto da un stilista attraverso una chat scritta ( veramente inutile).... Avevo lasciato perdere il €1 perso perché comunque erano pochi soldi. Sorpresa però... Mi trovo questo mese un pagamento di $30 per una mensilità che si è rinnovata automaticamente!!! Sono stati veramente furbi ;) complimenti. Siete riusciti a prendermi €30 senza alcun servizio utile offerto.

I'm a busy professional in Milan, and I don't have a lot of time to shop. Lumi has been a lifesaver! The personalized style guide was so helpful, and the virtual shopping sessions saved me so much time. My stylist understood my need for versatile pieces that could be dressed up or down.
