I’ve been looking for an alternative app to take photos with my iPhone for a while now, one that isn’t the stock app, because the post-processing is so heavy that it ruins the photos by over-processing them and stripping away all their artistic side. Then I found this app by chance, downloaded it, and fell in love with it. The attention to detail is obsessive, from the icons to the haptic feedback to the overall style—everything is carefully thought out, and it’s clear that there’s a lot of research and deep philosophy behind it. The film simulation styles are a classy touch, bringing photos to life and standing out in a world where photos are so processed they look fake. I was also amazed when I went into the settings and found details I never expected, truly useful ones. The most useful setting is the custom focal lengths—a brilliant feature that made photo-taking so much easier and encouraged me to experiment by changing focal lengths with ease. Truly an excellent app, I will definitely pay the 18 euros for the full version once my trial period is over—it’s totally worth it.
A great way to emulate films

The app offers an emulator for various film types and does so in an incredibly faithful and satisfying way. It’s also nice that you can set the filter characteristics beforehand rather than afterward. Additionally, among the format options, there is a panoramic one that allows you to take wide-format shots, something that is rarely so easy to achieve. Now, a few questions for the developer: Will it be possible to implement the ability to use the 48MP of the main iPhone camera? Will it be possible to add a way to export photos in print-ready formats and also share them directly from the application? Will it be possible to have a way to reset the two editable parameters for each filter to return them to how you originally designed them? Thank you, and congratulations on this great app.

Ormai sono quasi 4 mesi che uso l’app. Devo dire che è veramente valida, facile e bella da usare. Mi sto divertendo a scattare e a smanettare i preset di default per crearne di mie. Complimenti davvero allo sviluppatore. 5 stelle meritatissime!!!
Good app but there is room for improvement

A fantastic app that gives your photos a more natural look and more soul than the stock iOS camera. However, I noticed that the app is quite heavy and even on iPhones that can easily handle multiple photo inputs in sequence on other photography apps (14 Pro Max). The app tends to heat the phone up a lot and "boil it" and in my experience with multiple close-up shots there is the problem that the app is very slow in processing the photos taken and prevents you from taking the next shot thus missing the perfect moment for a photo. It's a shame, I hope that on newer iPhones, even if a 14PM is still capable of good performance today, the app is able to guarantee better photographic performance.
