I downloaded the app as soon as it went online a year ago because I wanted to support Camilla and her team. At that time I had a subscription in a beautiful gym but I always get bored during my workouts, I always had to go to the gym at the end of the day and for me was mentally exhausting. I quit the gym and started with some 5 min workout with Mila, than I noticed that it became an habit: I was opening the app daily and doing some workouts because I was having fun. Then at some point there were available the guided runs: I tried to run sometimes in my life, but I hated it and thought that I was not cut for it. I started with the first run and then the second until now that I absolutely LOVE running. I think that all of this happen because Camilla and her team created a SAFE SPACE, somewhere where you are who you are without hiding your true self or where you che be the loudest person when you breathe and it doesn’t care. I mostly workout in pyjamas, I used bottle as weight or just a bag filled with everything I could find and I never been happier working out. I’m an equestrian so this is for me a powerful tool to became stronger and most of all to increase my endurance. I saw for the first time in my life a big change and it started with just 5 min workout. I can’t describe how all of this surprised me, because I always tried to workout with some app, but at some point I always get bored and stopped, with this app I understand how being accepted for who you are and some kind words can make the difference. Thank you Camilla and Mila’s team for being so kind and supporting us.

The concept behind this app is amazing. I have followed so many different programs from different apps, all the workout were honestly tailored to the super skinny and muscular person doing the content and always left me with an “I am doing my best, but I will never look like them” energy. Starting these workouts with Mila the energy is about how I feel, not how I look. And I love it. Work out to feel good and not look good is an all different thing, and sustainable in time, which was my main struggle. Thank you Camilla!
