Once you subscribe, there’s no option to cancel directly. You have to contact customer support, which I did. They confirmed my subscription was canceled but provided no confirmation or trace of this. Trusting them, I later deleted my account as I no longer needed their service.A few days later, I was charged €28 despite the subscription being “canceled” and my account deleted. I contacted customer support for clarification. After four days of repetitive requests for the same information, they claimed they couldn’t find my account or the payment.In the end, they effectively stole €28 from me, and I now have to cancel my debit card because my bank cannot block future transactions of this kind. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ci sono sempre nuovi bug: ora non mi permette di procedere alla creazione di nuove immagini, proponendomi un abbonamento a pagamento (che già ho). Le immagini sono sempre afflitte da artefatti e non rispettano l’anatomia umana. C’è poca trasparenza nel piano d’abbonamento, è impossibile terminarlo dall’app o dall’app store.
