Truffate i clienti e avete il coraggio di chiedere una revisione della risposta e 5 stelle? What kind of canned response is this?You charge customers unfairly and then have the nerve to ask them to review your response and leave a 5-star rating?The issue has not been resolved, no proper explanation has been provided, and yet you are already asking for positive feedback. That is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.I expect a real investigation into my case and a concrete response regarding the refund request, not an automated template.

Scam careful for the trial version it is not free

You basically download an app which got a “bold me” feature and nothing more in it. Well, you can pay 9 dollars and unlock something else but for the free version there’s nothing. The trial version btw is not free it is just a dollar less that the full price, mostly sure it is done to scam those not accurate enough
