I love the format and idea behind the app, but it’s very much falsely advertised as free. Once you download, you can’t proceed with your personally planned journey without subscribing, and it seems rather exaggerated to pay 18€ a month for tips you could source elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend installing this app if you’re not willing to pay the subscription fee; any fitness and wellness influencer gives out the same tips for free. #Scam

I’ve just downloaded the app and I’m trying to get started and create an account but I’m stuck On a screen where there are three profiles of three girls each with their four goals, After there was an animation that marked all their goals as done, nothing appears anymore and I can’t move forward. I tried to turn it off and on again, but it’s always the same.

The bug comes from the animation that isn't correctly triggering the next step on certain devices, and we've identified the issue.The fix ships tomorrow in version 1.0.22. Once you update, the screen should move forward normally and you'll be able to start your challenge. If it still doesn't work, email me at [support@her75.com].
