It gently returns when released. • Updated task icons to the iron pick.

Smoother NPC conversations, new character animations and clearer dialogue portraits. Choose Fullscreen or Compact as your default portrait view. Improved portrait menus, reaping notices and tutorial controls. Added core selection to the portrait Forge Materials tab. Fixed Dim Screen brightness restoration and enemy spawn restrictions. • Added goblins, snails, bats, flying skulls and Bombschrooms across the existing maps. Bats also appear in the Mines. • Slimes now have three entries: Small, Medium and Large. All five colours still appear in the world. • Added Dim Screen: keep the game running behind a dark screen that blocks accidental taps. • Quests now show the character speaking, including an animated wisp for Orin. • Quests that need resources beyond your skill level appear under Locked. Each affected requirement shows the skill level you need. • When a quest changes the town, the camera shows what was built before returning to your quest list. You can skip the animation. • Flora and Tillman now give the quests to build and expand Fields. Plots you have already built stay unlocked. • Fields expansions unlock over a longer level curve, with higher wood costs for later plots. • Small trees are back. Small, medium and large trees unlock at Logging levels 1/15/38 for basic trees, 29/46/64 for Oak, 55/72/90 for Birch, and 81/98/107 for Spruce. • Existing orchard growth times and harvest XP are unchanged by the new Logging unlock levels. • Crop seed packs now have a flat 7% drop chance from their matching tasks. • In Fields, chop a timber tree at medium size or choose Keep growing for twice the resources and XP at full size. Removed the extra filters and Favour heading; undiscovered tasks are shown as a count at the bottom. • Run graphs now have zoom controls. Bars above the displayed range are marked with an arrow, and you can still select them to see the full value. • Fixed the pinned quest list repeatedly changing width during landscape runs. • The Hub and Shop show a clock when the free shop bonus is ready. Quest stars now sit beside the menu text. • Removed the old Inventory pane from Quests. Resource links open the main Inventory. • Dad jokes stay on screen twice as long.

Equip appears on the right when an item is ready. • Removed the Forge’s Comparison heading and moved the stat rows up. • Stop for Vastium stays hidden until you discover a Vastium Core.

Balance • Buff times have been majorly adjusted, please be advised this is a test and may shift dramatically in the other direciton or back to how they were. Changes • 6 new experience milestones that should help levelling all around. Bugfixes • Activate for milestones no longer shows up before you've earned a slot. • The cauldron icon no longer incorrectly shows on the townsfolk button.

Minor changes • The forge now shows Quality with a new icon in the first line of pending/equipped. • In forge stats the Quality section has been moved above the Salvage section. • Name moved to the Rank tab in statistics. • Partial Russian Translation. • New game introduction, placeholder till a proper tutorial can be designed. Bugfixes • Caleb now properly relinquishes tasks when he engages enemies. • Fixed a bug where replace wouldn't work when clicking stop while autocrafting.

Balance • Skelly Swordsmen, and small slimes now share a base Attack Rate of 1. • Skelly Archers, and medium slimes now share a base Attack Rate of 1.25. • Skelly Mages and Large slimes now share a base Attack Rate of 1.6 • Small and Medium Slimes now have infinite spawn distances. Minor changes • Nori now has a low of 250 on Vastium. • The game will no longer sleep on mobile. • Version number moved next to credits button. Bugfixes • Fixed recipe display in the forge. • Cualdron cards now properly display Echo Power instead of Disciple Power. • Offline time now properly functions on mobile even when the app is in the background.

Next I will be working on the new skill system for the next couple of weeks so won't be any patches till thats done!
