Stop guessing if a load is profitable. Plug in your fixed and variable costs once, then check any rate confirmation in seconds: this load makes me $X after fuel, maintenance, dispatch, and tax — or it doesn't. Built for owner-operators who run the numbers, not the gut. — WHAT LOADMATH DOES — • Paste the dispatcher's message. Copy the text your dispatcher or broker sent you, paste it in, and LoadMath pulls out the rate, the loaded miles, the deadhead, the lumper, the detention, the lane and the broker — then runs the numbers. No retyping a rate con in a truck stop parking lot. • Real cost per mile. Truck and trailer insurance, payments, ELD, parking, accounting, phone — plus fuel, DEF, maintenance, tires, repairs. Set them once. LoadMath works out the fixed and variable cost per mile that every load has to beat. • Load calculator. Or type it yourself: rate, loaded miles, deadhead. Net profit, profit per mile, all-in rate per mile, break-even RPM and daily profit, before you accept. • Deadhead-aware math. Empty miles to the pickup are counted in your fuel cost and your real rate per mile. No more loads that look great on paper and lose money in the cab. • Dispatch fee handled both ways. Flat dollar amount or percentage — whichever way your dispatcher charges. • Tax set-aside built in. Every load shows what to hold back. Estimates for planning, not tax advice. • Logbook. Every load you save lands in a daily, weekly or monthly logbook with totals. • Goals and deadline reminders. Weekly and monthly targets, plus reminders for quarterly estimated tax, IFTA, Form 2290 and UCR. — PREMIUM — • Unlimited saved loads. Free saves 4 loads a week. • Unlimited AI parsing. Free includes 3 dispatcher messages a week. • Document scanner. BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations and receipts scanned into the load they belong to — the same scanner as Apple Notes. • Send All. Email a broker every document for a load as one PDF. • PDF profit and loss report, ready for your accountant, factoring company or lender. • Yearly and all-time totals. What the whole year actually made — the number your accountant asks for. • CSV export. Your full logbook in Excel or Google Sheets. The calculator is free, always, and so are your daily, weekly and monthly totals. The free allowance refills every week. Premium is monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial on both, through your Apple ID. Cancel any time. — BUILT-IN, NOT BOLTED-ON — • Your loads, costs and documents stay on your phone. The only thing that ever leaves is the dispatcher message you choose to paste into the AI parser, and it is not stored. • English, Español, Türkçe, Русский. • No ads. No tracking. No sign-up. — WHO IT'S FOR — Owner-operators. Small fleet owners. Lease purchase drivers. Anyone who wants to stop wondering if last week made money and start knowing. — QUESTIONS / FEEDBACK — Support: https://sites.google.com/view/loadmath/support Found a bug or want a feature? Free now comes as a weekly allowance: save 4 loads and run 3 AI dispatcher-message parses, refilling every 7 days. Every load you've already saved stays exactly where it is. Premium removes both limits — monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial. Also in this release: • Delete a load you saved by mistake and you get that week's slot back. • Small fixes on the subscription screen. Drive smart. Run profitable.
