Domande o suggerimenti? Fabulous application and support’s team

Moji is a fantastic app: simple, intuitive, and genuinely clever when it comes to helping you stay active and consistent with your workouts.I especially love the widgets and the level of customization. They make the experience feel really personal and make it much easier to keep the app present in your daily routine. One thing I initially found disappointing was the lack of cross-platform support. However, the support team provided me with a code that allowed me to use Moji across platforms, with the same account guaranteed through the same email address. It didn’t work at first, but this is actually where Moji’s support team really impressed me. They never left me on my own, kept working with me, and patiently helped troubleshoot the issue until, eventually, we got it working. That level of support is rare. The app itself is great, but having a team that genuinely sticks with you until a problem is solved makes the experience even better.Simple, well-designed, customizable, and backed by excellent support. Highly recommended.

Even with basic content it doesn’t feel good. If I want to improve to get intermediate i have to start with all the N5, losing a lot of time. I dont think i will go over the trial period

Risposta dello sviluppatore
Thank you for the honest feedback. You’re right that learners with prior experience should be able to start at the appropriate level instead of repeating all the N5 material. We’ll consider better level selection and ways to skip familiar content in future updates.
