Ho usato in questi gg questa app in Marocco e devo dire che è comodissima e costa meno del taxi I driver super gentili ed educati.La consiglio davvero Unico problema qui ancora non la vedono di buon occhio perché concorrenziale ma per i turisti top
Slowly becoming a forgotten option for rides

Either the company sets no minimum requirements or they no longer care because they have many users now. Drivers can set that they have arrived when they have not. Drivers can set that they have reached the destination when they have not and the app gives the passengers no option to confirm either. This is poor service and implementation. The app also needs monetary limits. Some drivers refuse the suggested fare even though you have added more to what inDrive recommends. Drivers have too much power and the passenger none. No support also I should add. This is a big security risk with drivers setting that passengers have reached their destinations when they have not. And it’s not like inDrive gives the passenger an option to talk to support. I am counting down my time with this app/service.

⛔️Their driver hits female passenger ⛔️ Everyone please be careful about using this app, it has no security, yesterday I was in a ride with my friends. All the way the driver was talking rubbish and competing with other cars on the road but we ignored and said nothing as he was very aggressive… after arriving the driver demanded more money for no reason, we were forced by him and I gave some extra and moving towards my home. Still the driver demanded more money and used awful words, when we denied to give more the driver started hitting me from back of my head and tried to pull me with him.. as it was Eid day the road were empty, just because we were in front of the house some people came and the driver scaped !!! We complained to the app support they still hasn’t take any action !!!
