Basic Focus Steps - It’s all about focusing your work efforts in timed 25-minute chunks, with a 5-minute break in between each burst of activity.
1) Choose a task to be done.
2) Set the timer for 25 minutes.
3) Focus on the task until the timer rings
4) Take a short break (just do something relaxing for 5 minutes)
5) Once you’ve completed 4 focus sessions, take a longer break. (20~30 minutes)
Features:
• Adjust the timer with your fingers just like you do with real egg-timer.
• Next session starts automatically when the current session ends.
• Track your progress with two different charts (14 days and 30 days)
• Set your daily goal (number of Focus Sessions per day)
• Set how many Focus Sessions you want to finish before taking a long break(number of Focus per round)
• Customize the length of Focus Session, short break, and long break.
• Choose your ticking from 10 different ticking sounds and your own music library.
• Choose your alarm from 14 different ring sounds.
• Set any sounds separately for the short break, long break, and Focus session.
• Receive alarm notifications even when the app is running in the background.
• Today Widget for Focus Sessions
• Icon Badge shows how much time you left to finish the current session in the home screen Focus Keeper icon when the timer is ticking.
• Focus Reminder: If you're struggling to make a habit of using Focus Keeper, this could come in hand. You can set when you want to be notified to use Focus Keeper through weekdays and weekends.
• Option for resetting the Focus Count at midnight automatically. Now you can set your own reset time.
• Set different volume sounds for each ticking and alarm sound.

Focus Keeper is free to download. Pro Subscription gives you unlimited access to our premium content and features.
- Focus Keeper's auto-renewing subscription options are $3.99 monthly or $34.99 annually
- These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of your subscription
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and at the cost of the chosen package
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn if off in Account Settings 24+ hours before the end of the billing period.
- You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings, but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
- Alternatively, there is a "Manage Subscription" menu option in the App Settings menu.

La sua semplicità e la facilità d’uso lo rendono davvero utile aiutandoti ad eliminare le distrazioni continue che puoi razionalmente posticipare. Significativo l’aumento dell’ efficacia nello studio. Vero che siamo relegati in casa per colpa del Coronavirus, ma le distrazioni non mancano. In tempi normali aumenta la capacità di concentrazione. Ovviamente ci sono altri modi, ma questo funziona e richiede un investimento assai modesto
C’è un problema con lo speaker

Ottima applicazione: funziona alla perfezione, è semplice ed essenziale nella grafica ed è una delle poche che sincronizza i dati e li rende disponibili anche su iPad nel caso si vogliano poi rivedere da lì le sessioni di studio fatte.Unico problema: anche disattivando il suono impostando “none” in ogni sua parte e mettendo anche il volume a zero, se si avvicina l’orecchio allo speaker mentre scorre il timer, si sente un certo brusio che sparisce immediatamente quando si mette in pausa il timer, lo speaker è quindi comunque acceso!Sarebbe meglio che lo speaker fosse proprio SPENTO mentre scorre il timer quando si toglie il suono e si mette il volume a zero, così da non sprecare batteria inutilmente! Specifico che è solo una questione di batteria, se non avvicino l’orecchio non sento nulla perché, il brusio è praticamente impercettibile.Tuttavia in 4h di utilizzo in background ha consumato il 12% della batteria, Forest (app che stava facendo la stessa cosa, ossia contare il tempo in background) ne ha consumato il 2% nelle stesse 4h. Senza il problema dello speaker attivo mentre scorre il timer (anche avendo messo il volume del suono della sessione a zero e il suono come “none”) avrei messo 5 stelle.5 stelle appena sarà corretto e avvicinando l’orecchio non sentirò più il brusio dello speaker attivo!

Ottima app che regola il tempo di lavoro senza distrazioni, dando un po' di disciplina durante gli impegni. Ideale per non distrarsi quando si è davanti al computer. I tempi impostati come standard sono perfetti per lavorare e staccare dall'impegno lavorativo.

Ottima app per concentrarsi e levare le distrazioni, manca ancora qualcosa per es. non si sincronizzano le sessione giornaliere tra i vari dispositivi. Io ho l’iPad e l’iPhone collegati ad iCloud riesco a vedere tutte le sessioni fatte ma non quelle dello stesso giorno, esempio faccio 10 sessioni con cellulare ma sul l’iPad rimane scritto 0.Un’altra caratteristica che manca è la possibilità di usarla con Apple Watch. Spero in questi miglioramenti così che diventi un app da 5 stelle.

Più opzioni di personalizzazione per il Timer delle attività, così da adattarsi meglio al tuo flusso di lavoro.
Maggiore stabilità del timer e correzione di bug per un'esperienza più affidabile.
Blocco app migliorato per aiutarti a mantenere la concentrazione e ridurre le distrazioni.
Interfaccia più fluida, prestazioni migliorate e meno bug in tutta l'app.
