I subscribed to Muzz Premium expecting a meaningful upgrade, but the experience was disappointing. Premium is still very limited: I couldn't change my location, and even with a paid subscription I was prompted to pay again to like more profiles. Paying for Premium should not still leave core features locked behind additional charges.I canceled and opened a dispute through PayPal, since the service did not deliver the value promised. I canceled it in just one and half hour on PayPal then Muzz team emailed me asking me to close the dispute, promising a refund in return saying it faster so I closed the case as requested, and then they stopped responding. I still haven't received my money.The app markets itself as a platform for Muslims seeking serious marriage, but in practice it feels like any other dating app, only more aggressively monetized at every step. Between the paywalls and the refund handling, I can't recommend it.

A me piaceva questo app in generale, finché non mi hanno bloccato perché stavo trattando con un’altro iscritto il modo in cui mi poteva pagare un servizio d’insegnamento di lingua! Se voi avete creato un profilo che si chiama “career” non capisco perché bloccare le persone quando cercano di promuovere lì un loro lavoro e vorrebbero concludere un servizio (quando non ha nulla ad essere Haram ma soltanto un lavoro legale e rispetto)!! E poi ti accusano di essere fraudolente!!! Mi dispiace ma c’è abbastanza poca efficienza a volte! (N.B.Questa revisione l’ho scritta dopo circa 72 ore da quando ho inviato il mio appello per essere sbloccato).

The app is well put, despite having some issues from now and then, like sometimes the messages doesn’t get sent ecc.. but the sad part is the people in there: there is a lot of other apps that you can use if you just want to talk, I don’t get how people use an app that is clearly for marriage purposes.I tried this app even if I really don’t like this kind of thing, and here what I understood: the majority of people will like your profile without even look at it, if you match with someone the majority are just playing; so you find yourself losing just time…To be honest, I don’t think that is a good app to find your future husband/wife.
