SkipCast: Podcast Player

SkipCast is the podcast player that skips the ads for you.
SKIP ADS, AUTOMATICALLY
SkipCast listens to your episodes right on your device and seeks past the ad breaks, leaving more of the show you came for. Choose how it works for each podcast:
- By Speaker: SkipCast learns who's on the show and skips the ad reads. Optionally mark your favorite hosts and it skips everyone else too.
- Music Beds: most shows introduce sponsor reads with music. SkipCast finds those sections and jumps past them.
- Jingles: for shows that open and close their ad breaks with a jingle, SkipCast skips from one to the other. If it can't find them on its own, teach it the show's jingle in a few taps.
All processing happens on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing about your listening leaves your device.
A HOME BUILT AROUND LISTENING
Listen Now opens on a Continue Listening card, with your newest episodes below and your playlists one tap away. Library, Playlists and Search sit in the tab bar, and the episode you're playing is always at the bottom of the screen. On iOS 26 it's all Liquid Glass, in light and dark mode.
BIG, EASY CONTROLS
Huge playback buttons that are easy to hit while running, biking or driving. Skip back or forward 15 or 45 seconds, or jump ahead 2 minutes. Play at the speed you like, set a sleep timer, follow chapters, and send audio to your AirPlay speakers.
AUDIO EFFECTS
- Skip Silence trims the pauses, so every episode takes less time.
- Car Mode evens out the volume for noisy places.
- Bass and Treble Boost add weight and sparkle.
YOUR PODCASTS, YOUR WAY
- Search hundreds of thousands of podcasts by title, category or author, and preview any episode with a tap.
- New episodes download automatically, and your feeds refresh on their own.
- Build playlists from the shows you choose.
- Audio and video podcasts.
- Share episodes with friends and family.
- Back up and sync your podcasts with iCloud.
- Control playback from headphones, your car stereo and the Lock Screen.
- Home Screen quick actions.
MADE FOR EVERY SCREEN
Designed for iPhone, iPad with a sidebar and split view, and iPhone Duo, where SkipCast fills both displays and adapts as you fold and unfold.
NO STRINGS
No sign-ups, no accounts, no ads and no in-app purchases. Ever.
SkipCast is built by the biggest podcast fanatic you've ever met. It's fast, efficient and easy to use. Give it a try. I think you'll love it too.
