Mitsubishi Electric Ireland’s INSTALL ME is an installer support app that allows certified Ecodan installers to easily register their Ecodan Heat Pump installations. With a few simple clicks, the Heat Pump installer will receive a Commissioning and Guarantee Certificate, and their customers will receive a Homeowner Information Pack with detailed operating instructions and their own Guarantee Certificate.
This app is designed to be the main technical interface between installers of Ecodan Heat Pumps and Mitsubishi Electric Ireland. The app allows for installers to automatically register their heat pump commissioning and annual servicing and produce automated reports for their customers.
Installers can log and schedule call outs, receive reports from Mitsubishi Electric’s Technical Aftersales Team and request parts under warranty in the unlikely event of an error on their installations.
On-Site technical support is also offered via “Joshu” our new Technical Chatbot, who offers support on installation, schematics, dip switch guides, controller settings as well as fault finding.
