INTENSE Mobile is a simple workflow application designed for our customers. It allows adding, viewing and editing documents. Thanks to easy access via smartphone it gives our customers the possibility to work on documents whenever they want. Indicators and mobile reports are powerful and useful tools that make the data analysis more comfortable. This app is designed for our customers. It is a kind of free supplement for our desktop application. This app is intended both for employees and general public and for the representatives of our clients. We created an account for users. Users obtain login and password from us. The users are not required to create an account and there are not any fees involved. This application is free for our customers. Our app is all free. It isn’t contain any paid service. Before logging on to the KOW.JKowalski operator, enter the parameters needed to connect to the database. Login: KOWAL and PIN: 1234. Then click 'Pobierz dostępne połączenia' and 'Zapis'. Only then you need to enter the login information Operator: KOW.JKowalski, Password: jankow. App contains list - Inbox: - left item slide shows documents comments (similar to sms conversation) - rigth item slide mark/unmark as read - tap on icon allows to select items - tap on item shows documents When you open document you can execute document flow – button in upper right corner. You can also edit document – buton is upper right corner near document flow button Document contains basic informations, attachments and comments. Additionally list Udostępnione Inboksy allows change Inbox into someone who shared you his Inbox. Restore password sends email to address stored internally in our database (not visible in mobile app).
