We advocate for holistic well-being, striving to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to connect with themselves, fostering the foundation for a joyful existence. iXES in practice is a coaching company that provides solution-oriented coaching services to its clients. At the heart of its offerings lies the endeavor to foster a deeper connection with oneself. The concept of self-connection holds varying significance for each individual. It can entail fostering better relationships, living in alignment with personal values, or making wiser decisions in daily life. iXES caters to both individual consumers and groups. Central to its service are in-person sessions conducted by skilled coaches. In between these sessions, clients engage in tailored audio exercises independently via our free mobile application. Each client charts their unique journey, with outcomes and experiences being highly personalized. The impact of the exercises also varies based on the individual's progress along their path. While clients may engage with iXES without using the app, optimal results are achieved through regular attendance at our sessions and completion of assigned tasks within the application. The app serves as a tool, with pen and paper recommended for note-taking. The exercise structure aims to impart insights on self-connection and related topics. Successful completion requires clients to carve out quiet moments for reflection. Post-exercise reflection is also encouraged. Change is viewed as an incremental, long-term process rather than an abrupt transformation. The app guides users through this journey via a process-oriented approach, utilizing audio cues for support. Unlike crash courses, iXES offers a sustained program designed to integrate into clients' daily lives. Positive shifts are often observed within 10 days, with significant breakthroughs typically occurring at the 3-4 month mark. Many clients remain engaged for over a year. The service encompasses: In-person meetings, either individually or in groups, led by our coach/coaches Pre-planned and structured sessions supported by app tasks A user-friendly app interface conducive to deep focus and relaxation Audio components aiding relaxation and self-awareness, providing a highly personal experience While physical meetings form the cornerstone of the service, clients can participate without using the app. However, app usage is encouraged as an integral part of the journey. The essence of our service lies in providing support in the emotional language of each individual. by using emotional language, our clients are spared the need for translation, enabling us to reach their subconscious more effectively. Subjects addressed in our exercises include: Exploring self-connection and its significance Tapping into inner wisdom Identifying personal values Strategies for re-establishing self-connection when it's lost. While physical meetings form the cornerstone of the service, clients can participate without using the app. However, app usage is encouraged as an integral part of the journey. As a company, our initial focus is on serving customers in Finland and those who speak Finnish. However, our ultimate goal is to become a global company, expanding our reach to multiple markets worldwide. In the near future, we are also providing content in English.
