JumpMaster is an app designed for fitness and weight loss enthusiasts, offering real-time counting and data statistics to help you jump rope scientifically and keep track of your progress.
Core functions:
Jump rope count: One-click start/stop/reset, supports x1/x2/x3 speed settings, automatically counts time and number of jumps, and automatically saves each session as a record.
Training plan: Includes beginner's introduction, fat loss and calorie burning, advanced endurance, fitness tests, HIIT, recovery, etc. Supports custom addition and right swipe deletion. You can select the current plan and view details.
Statistical overview: Displays cumulative jump rope count, highest single jump, number of completed sets, and daily counts for the last 7 days (dates without data will also be displayed), supports quick access from the home page.
Jump rope knowledge: Provides information such as rope length, posture, warm-up and stretching, rhythm, fat loss techniques, common mistakes, selecting rope and shoes, venue, daily recommendations, strength coordination, precautions for teenagers and the elderly, etc., with over 10 points that can be clicked for details.
Settings and data: Supports nickname modification, cache cleaning, resetting jump rope data, feedback and about us; data is saved locally and privacy is controllable.

The interface uses a light color scheme and card layout. The home page provides access to training plans and statistical information. The operation is simple and the information is clear, suitable for daily jump rope records and advanced training.
