Keep It is a powerful notebook and document organizer for Mac, and is also available as a separate app for iPhone and iPad. Keep It can create and edit notes, rich text, plain text and Markdown files, scan documents, edit PDFs, archive emails, save web links in a variety of formats, preview and search just about any kind of file, and organize these in a variety of ways. All the files, folders and tags you store in Keep It are available in the Finder, and can be shared with other Keep It users via iCloud.

Excellent app, some improvements needed

This is an excellent app. I have been using it for some time now, and I prefer it to most similar apps. Great interface, and user friendly; the syncing with the IOS app is also quick and reliable. I also like the possibility to choose between monthly/yearly subscription and buying the app once and for all.There are, however, some key features missing:- Firsrt and more important, the possibility to underline and annotate imported PDFs with apple pencil. Similar - and free - apps have this crucial feature.- It would be nice to have an integrated calendar, so as to assign tasks to a specific date- A little integrated timer such as those in the "Pomodoro Technique" would be incredibly useful.With the above mentioned features Keep it would be a stellar app.
Fa poco più (forse niente) rispetto al Finder di macOS

Dopo un po' di utilizzo...mi sembra solo una finestra di Finder un po' più elaborata.COSE CHE FA IN PIU':- lettura di web links, e per piccoli files di testo (Markdown, RTF..), e per la possibilità di crearne di nuovi a partire da dei template (di qualunque tipo, anche Word, Powerpoint, Excel e altri). A usare Finder e basta, dovresti aprire text edit e salvare i file nella destinazione corretta, un po' una palla. E su iOS devi trovare un'app ad hoc per leggere i files di testo, invece su Keep It è tutto interno, compreso il riconoscimento del Markdown.- ogni file ha un suo codice univoco anche a spostarlo dopo in più punti, ed è utilizzabile come link interno (es. Markdown) per aprire quel file (qualunque tipo). Un'alternativa a questo potrebbe essere Hook.Ma per tutto il resto...non fa niente che Finder su macOS e Files su iOS, sincronizzati via iCloud già non faccia.Anche la ricerca di PDF non va oltre quello che già fa Finder. NON comprende l'OCR su file che non siano già PDF Text o immagini, o comunque non funziona.Si implementa benissimo con Finder: i tag sono gli stessi di sistema, quindi se si vuole ripassare a Finder conservandoli è una buona opzione.Diverso il discorso se si critta un file, in quel caso la decrittazione deve passare necessariamente su Keep It.Qualche crash occasionale.Conclusione: buona app di gestione dei file. Le poche funzionalità in più secondo me non valgono i (comunque pochi) soldi che chiede l'app, ma è ovviamente un giudizio personale.Preferisco usare Apple Notes per i file di testo volanti, e i link interni tra file non sono una feature sufficiente, per me.

Funziona davvero bene e si integra perfettamente tra iphone e mac senza alcuno sforzo. Se volessi essere pignolo, direi che si potrebbe abbellire un pochino l'editor di testo, il quale al momento sembra un po' spoglio nonostante la formattazione del testo sia davvero completa. La consiglio a tutti gli studenti e lavoratori che hanno bisogno di tenere alcune note personali.
