Nice but no autosync with gdrive

I’d like the app to automatically check if remote db copy in storage of choice, in my case gdrive, needs local update and viceversa so I could confidently also create/edit entries on the ipad app without fears of conflicts or data loss

App discreta ma manca integrazione iCloud

L’App funziona bene ed é gratuita. Purtroppo la sincronia tra più device (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) é una tragedia e iCloud non é supportato. Impossibile aprire o creare db con password e key file.

Improvvisamente si perdono i dati e se non si ha il beckup va tutto perduto

Ho perso improvvisamente e senza motivo tutto il Db delle mie password con evidenti danni e ripercussioni sia personali che lavorative. Ho mandato una mail ai loro contatti ma non mi hanno minimamente calcolato. Pessima esperienza.

first of all we have no dedicated Italian support, so bear with us if something is translated wrong.

We are very, very sorry for the delay of our answer!
We are spending our own free time on this project as it doesn’t carry the development cost, so sometimes answering mail takes too much time/mail is overlooked. Sorry for that!

Back to your question:
The bug of missing files unfortunately made it into the app because we had to provide an info to Apple how we handle documents in the property list file of our app.
Somehow this went wrong for some users. Do you import your database from another app? Maybe you can still find it there and the version is updated. This is related to the way that keepass is handling documents (Import as copy or handle in place).

We strongly recommend to always backup your database no matter what as we cannot secure that your device doesn’t get broken/an Apple update breaks something etc.
