Facile, veloce pratica

Esercizi semplicissimi che in poco tempo fanno recuperare tono muscolare a muscoli che molto spesso sottovalutiamo

Ottima app

Sto usando la app per esercitare il pavimento pelvico in gravidanza, ho acquistato la versione premium e mi trovo molto bene. Mi stimola a fare gli esercizi con continuità grazie ai promemoria, e grazie al fatto che avendo sempre sessioni nuove, gli esercizi non sono noiosi e ripetitivi. Aggiungerei una sezione che spiegasse però quali muscoli contrarre e come, per chi non lo sapesse, altrimenti si rischia di perdere tempo facendoli male.

Utile amico virtuale per allenamento pp

Può sembrare inutile a un primo sguardo, sono esercizi che si possono fare anche guardando un orologio. Ma la pigrizia e il poco tempo rendono questa app semplicissima un valido aiuto per scandire tempi e sessioni. Scrivo per accedere alla fase 2 del programma. Vedrò in seguito se acquistare o meno il pacchetto premium
