【Data sharing】
In the "My" -> "Settings" -> "Data Sharing" -> "Apple Health" section of the KS Fit app, select "Share" -> "All Check-ins" -> then click on the top right corner "Allow". Then you need to go to the "Summary" -> "Steps" section in the Apple Health app, scroll to the bottom under "Data Sources & Access" -> "Edit" -> "Data Sources" and set KS Fit as the first one.

GymKit needed

Pairing a bit unclear with regards to app permissions, and registering non supporting Apple Sign-In in the correct way (still need email confirm even for that), but good sharing opportunities with AppleHealth; I think GymKit support would be a great improvement at a low realization cost (just software since you have data sent from WalkingPad to the app).. I could also (moderately) pay for a pro app with GymKit support for my X21)

Awesome update

Finally the app saves automatically all data in the apple standard fitness app. This is a great improvement!
Now the only thing that is needed is a better UI, my tapis has the rotatory wheel broken (it jumps up and down by a random number when you turn it) so I use the app to change speed. It would be great to have big buttons for the three speed settings and also big plus-minus button that will increase/decrase speed by a number specified in a setting. It would be awesome!

Sync solved

Data sync with Health seems to be solved with last update.
