I think this is the best app out of all the available ones, still I had to stop my renewal because: there isn’t an Italian language / and the foods are hard to find both. It’s hard to know the translation of rarely used terms ( for non-native speakers ) and some foods are not available ( or are time-consuming to find ).I would have really preferred to use this app instead of others: it’s the only one who almost exactly picked the dietician prescribed calories and didn’t over or under measure them, the graphic it’s better than most, the median weight is smart for anxious ppl and it’s well done overall. But the fact of the language and foods it’s too much for something that should have as little friction as possibile. It’s still usable if u want to, adding your own food and learning some usually unused English terms but still, for what it cost it shouldn’t be. I know it’s no easy feat a complete translation of both the database and the app but i think it would have a great ROI; when you have a great app overall if you wait too much others are gonna catchup and then it will be too late. I hope they will translate it, but… I hope I won’t need it at that time 🥲

Precedentemente utilizzavo MyFitnessPal ma questa applicazione è 10 volte superiore.Ti permette di selezionare qual è il tuo obiettivo e ti aiuta a creare una dieta ad hoc consigliandoti la giusta quantità di macronutrienti in base alle tue esigenze.Inoltre, ogni settimana ritara le calorie disponibili basandosi sulla variazione del peso settimanale.Se siete indecisi, provatela e vi renderete conto della sua efficacia!

I’m from Italy. Followed Jeff for a long time and wanted to give this app a try. Love almost every aspects of it but there are some things missing. Let’s go through: - missing other languages rather than English (may not be a problem for most but it’s still annoying not being able to use your native language) - missing water intake on another page. This is actually something that should be implemented, having some calculator that helps you also track water using the data from height, weight and how many times you train/ what type of training you are doing. - a way to track your training without having an Apple Watch. Love the feature that you can connect apple health with the app so they can share the data but still it would be nice to have a calculator where you can add your training session based on type of training. The only way now is to have an Apple Watch that tracks your daily calories expenses. Apart from these things the app works well and has great interface.
