Take your minutes back. MinuteBack helps you step away from your phone, create intentional screen-free moments, and see how much time you reclaim for real life. Choose what you want to make time for - Focus, Family, Reading, Meals, Outside, Rest, or something else - then start a screen-free moment and put your phone down. When you come back, MinuteBack turns those small breaks into visible progress. KEY FEATURES Screen-Free Moments Choose a simple time goal and make space for what matters. Reclaimed Time See how many minutes you've taken back from your phone each day. Life Map Understand where your reclaimed time goes across the things that matter to you. Screen Time Insights See your phone-use patterns alongside the time you've reclaimed. Weekly Progress Review your screen-free time, completed moments, categories, and weekly trends. Reward Boxes Consistent, verified screen-free moments can unlock small Reward Boxes and Time Points. Rewards & Redemption Eligible users may redeem available rewards such as gift cards or PayPal, depending on region, account eligibility, campaign, and availability. WHY MINUTEBACK Most screen-time tools show you how much time you spent on your phone. MinuteBack helps you see something different: how much time did you get back - and what did you make room for? You don't need to disappear from your phone for hours. Start with 10 minutes. Read a few pages. Have a meal without scrolling. Focus on one thing. Spend time with someone. Step outside. Small screen-free moments add up. Take your minutes back - one moment at a time. Reward availability, point amounts, redemption options, and eligibility may vary by region, account status, campaign, and availability.
