We've introduced some cosmetic updates in the power outage service

We tinkered with transport tracking — simplified the filters and slightly updated the time format. Fixed an issue with name input when booking an appointment at the ASC. And of course, we hunted down a few more bugs

Cleaned up and updated the home screen, services page, and transport movement for your convenience.

We’ve added a new service Requests to the city council. If you think a bench would be great here or a ramp would help there, this is the place to share your ideas and suggestions. Choose a council member and write — we’ll help you figure out who to contact. We’ve launched transport tracking in Bucha in beta mode. Feel free to explore and test it — and if something’s off, we’re right here to fix and fine-tune things. And we’ve hunted down a few bugs. All to make the city easier to use.

A couple of fixes to make the app better!

We’ve tweaked the city news — now they load faster and use less data. And yes, we cleaned things up a bit inside too.

Fixed an annoying logout bug that was bothering us as much as it was bothering you.

We gave the city list a little magic during onboarding. It’s now sorted alphabetically, so it’s easier to browse. And if you’ve shared your location, we’ll highlight your city for you.

Address is now required when voting for petitions. You can add your address manually or use your saved home address.

Fixed a payment bug on some parking areas. Now you can park and pay at all parking areas in Odesa!

Added a transport shortcut on the home page — getting around the city just got easier  Updated the city list during onboarding — it’s now open, so choosing your city is simpler than ever  Refreshed the message about available ASC slots — it’s now clear and easy to understand And as always, it’s cleanup day! We got rid of some bugs, tidied things up, and made the app run a little smoother

We’ve added a timer to payments, so you’ll always know how much time is left. Your home screen and notifications will now refresh automatically. Small but essential fix: a correct user ID to help us assist you more easily when needed. We’ve updated critical notifications — now you can get them not only in regular mode but also in silent mode, if you turn this on in your notification settings.

Big transport updates are on the way! Soon, you’ll be able to track buses and shuttles in real time and explore updated routes across the city.

Choose how you travel around the city. In the Transport movement service, you can now use a filter to pick the type of transport you need. Switch it on, and we’ll only show what matters to you.

ASC appointments now support patronymics — a small but important fix. We chased away a few bugs so they don’t bother you anymore.

We’ve temporarily removed the unread message indicator. Don’t worry — it’ll be back once it’s fixed. A little more magic under the hood — the app is now more stable and reliable.

We’ve added a banner for our new promo. Pay for parking with a saved Visa card — and your first hour is just 1₴. The offer is valid for up to 5 parking sessions. Don’t have a card saved yet? No worries — you can add one right when you pay for parking. As always, we’re tinkering under the hood to make MISTO smoother and more reliable for you.

Cards under control. Manage your bank cards right in your profile: add new ones, remove old ones, and pay for services. All addresses in one place. Add your registration or any other important address — we’ll pull it up whenever needed. From requests to profile. Creating a citizen request? Save address straight to your profile — next time it’s filled in automatically. Transport and payments. We’ve polished things a bit, so everything runs smoother now.

Public transport in Odesa. Now you can see what’s arriving at your stop and when. Pick your route and plan your trips with ease. And a bit of magic outside Hogwarts. We tuned up notifications, polished the interface, and made MISTO even more stable.
