Track your mood, energy and sleep effectively with this easy to use mood tracker. Unlike most mood trackers, Moodily lets you track your energy levels in addition to your mood. Energy levels provide essential information for people with bipolar disorder, since e.g. low mood can coexist with high energy levels, as seen in mixed states. The app is helpful for people with bipolar disorder, depression and anyone else interested in how their mood and energy fluctuate over time. Moodily provides you with easy to use charts showing how your mood, energy and sleep interrelate and vary over time. This can help you identify your individual cycling patterns. All your data is stored locally on your phone and not shared with anyone. Features: - Lets you easily track mood, energy and amount of sleep every day. - Optional notes for every entry where you can write down events, thoughts and feelings of significance. - The entries are presented in an easy to glance list showing your mood and energy for each day. - Entries can be deleted or edited. - Statistics feature that shows how your mood, energy and sleep fluctuate and interrelate over time. - The charts can be filtered by different time periods: last 7 days, las 30 days, last year or all time.
