Our MyStudentCloud app gives you control over your student tenancy, all from one handy app.
Save hassle in managing your paper work by keeping it all safe on your phone, easily accessible when needed. Within the App you can easily access everything from your contract, including the rent payments schedule, the EPC certificates, as well as lots of useful updates from Cloud Student Homes on your building and the local area.
The app contains all the details on the payment status of all your rent instalments, with useful reminders sent to you before each instalment is due. If you need to discuss payment terms or any other issues with your property manager, just open up the app and live-chat with your property manager. You can even report maintenance issues with photos and check on the status of those tickets.
Want to connect with your community? Using the news feed and built-in forums, you can meet new friends and find out about events in your community, so you don’t miss out on anything.
