The myEVOLVE app provides you, the parent or carer, with a smart, secure and easy way to engage with your child’s school from the convenience of your mobile phone. Home-School Communications - Read the latest news from school - Save time and paper by directly accessing letters from within the app - Access important school documents - View the school calendar - Report absence to school - Push notifications to alert you of important tasks that need your attention e.g. important school news, consent forms requiring completion, payments due, etc. Bookings - View the school's extra-curricular clubs programme - Book places on clubs - View school trip opportunities that are available for your child - Book places on school trips - Book tickets for school events e.g. concerts & productions Consent - Push notifications to inform you when consent forms have been sent to you - Digitally complete consent forms from within the app - Quick, secure and convenient process. Pay - Fast, convenient, and secure payments. - Pay for extra-curricular clubs - Pay for school trips - Pay in full or instalments - Pay student bills e.g. School Photographs, bus passes, DofE registration fees etc. - Pay for school shop purchases e.g. textbooks, equipment, uniform etc. - Top-up your child's wallet for school meals - Keep on top of bills with push notifications and reminders Student Profile - View your contact details to ensure they are up-to-date - Access to student timetable - View and monitor attendance - View awards, commendations and behaviour marks - Keep track of involvement in trips, clubs & school sports *In order to use myEVOLVE your school will need to be using the EVOLVE platform. The features available to you will depend on those activated by your child's school. Your school will provide you with account activation details.
