New touch controls with left/right buttons. The old on-screen joystick is still there as an option. Touché I MEAN TOUCH!

It's both large and in charge: - Improved slipstream behaviour - Optional minimap now available - Improved onboarding in every single conceivable way (maybe) - Rebalanced initial GP cup races to ramp up better - Touch steering improvements - Pulse cannon rebalancing so you don't get auto-blammed by mistake - Launching should be much faster than before (ooh) - Notifications now take you to the right place - Lots more bugs and stuff fixed

DANGER MAC ROBINSON! Happy Xmas (Danger is OVER) This fixes a couple of bugs, especially for auto-detecting Mac for your proper controls. It also tidies up a couple of other little bits & pieces.
