Announcing Call with Nutshell: make calls without leaving the app, and get instant transcripts, summaries, and follow-up tasks. Configure caller ID for your own number. And, if you use your regular phone app to make a call, Nutshell now prompts you to log it when you return. Also adds sharper filters, and faster tools to create tasks and activities. Along with much refinement, polishing, and support for recurring tasks.

Since our all-new app in September 2026, this follow-up adds: - Import contacts: Create a person straight from your phone's contacts. Nutshell previews what it will add and warns you about possible duplicates. - Log calls automatically: After calling someone from a person, company or lead, Nutshell offers to log the call for you. - Quick tasks: Add a task any time from the floating "New" menu. - Archive and restore: Archive leads, people and companies from the record's menu, and restore them later. Requires delete permission; leads must be closed first. - More filters: Filter people by Audiences and Last contacted, and leads by Value and Last contacted. - Timezone setting: Choose your timezone in profile settings (defaults to your phone's). Theme and timezone now persist across sign-outs. - Clearer pipelines: Hot leads show an orange pipeline; lost, pending and cancelled leads show grey. Improvements - Password reset links from the app now open in the app. - When an update is ready, restart now or get it next launch. - If you decline camera, photo or location access, Nutshell explains why and offers to open Settings. - The keyboard stays open while searching lists. - New tasks and activities appear on Home right away. Fixes - Better layout with iOS Button Shapes turned on. - iOS date pickers now match the app's light or dark theme. - Fixed the activity Type field, the Home Tasks tile, accidental lead opens while scrolling on Android, and a stuck pull-to-refresh spinner. - Stability improvements and crash fixes.
