On-Timer helps people who struggle with time blindness get to meetings on time.
If you've ever been deep in focus and suddenly realized your meeting started 5 minutes ago, On-Timer is for you. Designed specifically for ADHD and neurodivergent minds, it creates a simple three-stage sequence before each important meeting.
**HOW IT WORKS**
Connect your calendar and tap the bell icon next to any meeting. On-Timer sets up three coaching prompts:
GET READY (30 min before)
"Time to wrap up!" — Your first signal to start finishing what you're doing.
GET SET (15 min before)
"Head to your desk!" — Time to gather materials, grab water, and feel prepared.
GO! (1 min before)
"Join now — you've got this!" — Your final prompt to click that meeting link.
All timing is customizable in Settings to match your rhythm.
**TWO REMINDER LEVELS**
Choose the right level of interruption for each meeting:
• Alert Mode (Blue Bell) — Time-sensitive notifications that respect your device's silent mode
• Alarm Mode (Red Bell, iOS 26+) — Prominent alarms that break through Focus and silent mode

**THE CHEVRON MOTIF**
Throughout On-Timer, you'll see three ascending chevrons in orange, yellow, and green. This visual progress indicator shows which stage you're in — matching the app's icon and appearing in widgets, Live Activities, and the Dynamic Island.

On-Timer now detects when your calendar events change time or get deleted, and automatically updates or removes the associated alerts and alarms. No more stale notifications for meetings that moved!
**AI MEETING PREP SUGGESTIONS**
On Apple Intelligence devices running iOS 26+, On-Timer can now generate personalized preparation suggestions for your meetings. Tap "Generate suggestions" in the countdown view to get 3-5 helpful tips tailored to your meeting's context — all generated on-device with complete privacy.
**"I'M READY" REWARDS**
Celebrate early preparation! When you tap "I'm Ready" during the Get Ready or Get Set stage, you'll see confetti and unlock a personal micro-reward from your custom list (set up in Settings). Perfect for those waiting moments before the meeting starts.
**FIRST-LAUNCH CLEANUP**
On-Timer now cleans up stale alerts, alarms, Live Activities, and widget data from previous installs on first launch, ensuring a fresh start with a helpful summary banner.
