Set a location and radius for each site. With background location and notification permissions, OnSite can prompt you when you arrive or leave. Optional Wi-Fi matching adds another on-device signal. Detection depends on your permissions and phone settings; manual tracking remains available.
MORE WITH ONSITE PRO
An optional subscription adds pay rates and earnings, overtime and unpaid breaks, statistics and scheduling, plus branded PDF invoices and timesheets and CSV exports. Review your totals before sending them to a client or employer. Pro is available monthly or annually; see the in-app offer for current pricing and trial eligibility.
FOR CREWS
Join your employer's organization with a code to share submitted time for review and approval. Team features require an account and an employer plan. Employers review shared hours; OnSite does not provide a live employee-location map.
