Do not force on hotel guests an app that does not work. I do not want to call the hotel and hope to get a key at midnight. This is garbage and it would be good to change your services.

Dopo averla provata sia in Italia che negli Usa, l’app continua a non funzionare, nonostante abbia dato i consensi al bt e alle notifiche

Hello SennarOne,We're sorry you've had problems when using our app. As long as the correct country code was included with your phone number, and you were able to download the app and accept all permissions, your mobile key should have worked correctly. Data roaming is necessary for international guests to receive the welcome text, but it isn’t required for app download or key delivery. Most often, our mobile keys work seamlessly, and we'd like the opportunity to understand what went wrong in your situation.
