Pearnotes puts your notes and timers in the menu bar where you can see them all day.
If you have ever set a reminder, minimized the window, and forgot about it, that stops here. Pearnotes pins your notes and timers to the menu bar as small colored buttons. Your pinned items stay visible, one glance away, for as long as you need them.
Notes with Labels
Type @@label@@ anywhere in a note and it becomes the title. Pin the note to your menu bar and the label appears as a button. Click to read the full note. Useful for keeping reference info visible: a promo code, a prompt you need repeatedly.
Timers Across Timezones
Set a countdown or schedule a reminder for a specific time. Timers can be set in different timezones: schedule something for 3pm Tokyo time and the notification fires at the right moment wherever you are. Pinned timers show live countdown or scheduled time directly in the menu bar.
Recurring Timers
Set repeating timers with D-Day tracking. See how many days until (or since) an event at a glance. Color-coded by proximity: red for today, orange for soon, blue for later.
iCloud Sync
Enable iCloud sync to keep notes and timers in sync across your Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
