Perifit quasi perfetto!
Lo utilizzo da gennaio, quindi da sei mesi. Sono in pensione quindi faccio 20 minuti di allenamento quasi tutto i giorni. Ho ottenuto molti miglioramenti sia per l’incontinenza mista che per l a muscolatura rettale. Non trattenevo più neanche l’aria 😥. L’App offre molte info su come fare gli esercizi e sul tipo migliore di esercizio da fare. Avrei dato un 5 se non fosse che abbastanza spesso perde connessione e si blocca, poi riparte. È abbastanza fastidioso ma nonostante ciò lo consiglio assolutamente
Device essenziale
Ho iniziato ad usarlo a novembre ed ora a distanza di 6 mesi di uso regolare posso dire che funziona davvero. Sia il device che l’App sono esteticamente piacevoli e molto efficaci.
E’ facile seguire le istruzioni e con i consigli in App si ha la sensazione di essere seguiti da un personal trainer. Lo consiglio a tutte!
