Perspective Tasks Focused Task Management for Apple Devices Perspective Tasks gives you a clear, flexible place to capture ideas, organize projects, and keep important work moving across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision. From quick inbox entries to detailed projects and visual boards, it helps you see what matters without extra clutter. Start with a simple idea or build a complete plan. On supported devices, Add with AI uses Apple Intelligence to turn your description into structured tasks or a project plan. Review and edit every suggestion before adding it, so you remain in control. Plan and Organize Your Work Key Features - Inbox Quick Capture Add tasks the moment you think of them, then organize them into projects when you are ready. - Add with AI Describe what you want to accomplish and let Apple Intelligence create a structured task list or project plan for you to review. - Project Organization Group work into projects and sections, add project colors, and keep recent projects close at hand. - Complete Task Details Add notes, due dates, reminders, priorities, subtasks, attachments, and activity history. - List and Board Views Use a focused task list or switch to a Kanban-style board with columns such as Not Started, In Progress, and Completed. - Apple Reminders and Todoist Link an Apple Reminders list for two-way sync, or import an existing project from a Todoist CSV export. - Shared Projects Collaborate through iCloud sharing and work with projects that others have shared with you. - Overdue View See overdue tasks from your inbox and projects in one focused place. - Notifications Schedule reminders for individual tasks and enable optional daily task check-ins. - Optional Points Turn on points and levels for lightweight motivation as you complete tasks. - iCloud Sync Keep tasks available across your Apple devices with iCloud and CloudKit. - Designed for Everyone Use VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, clear labels, strong contrast, and predictable navigation. Privacy and Requirements Perspective Tasks stores task data in iCloud when sync and sharing are used. Reminders access is used only when you choose to import or sync Reminders lists.
