Perstat now comes with its new brand identity. NEW • The new Perstat logo and app icon throughout the app. • The status dot signals SOS during launch. • Your profile picture now appears immediately after the app starts. This update also includes smaller stability and visual improvements.

Plan changes are now visible early and with concrete impact. NEW • Push alerts notify admins one day before a trial ends and when it expires. • A tap opens Plan & Usage for the affected organization. • The plan view shows quotas, check intervals, regions, retention and capabilities that change with Ultralight. Existing monitors are not disabled or reconfigured automatically when the plan changes.

The incident display reaches your wrist, your car and your ear. NEW • Live Activity on Apple Watch and the CarPlay dashboard. If you are on call, you see the open incident where you actually look at night: on your wrist. With the service name and how long it has been running, not just a number. • StandBy: when the phone lies on its side on the charger, the incident display fills the screen. Colour signal, service and duration are readable from across the room, without touching the device. • Acknowledge by voice: "Acknowledge the incident in Perstat". If you are woken at night with the earbuds still in, the one action that matters no longer depends on finding and unlocking a device. With more than one incident open, Siri asks which one, and it tells you whether it worked. • One cockpit per organization, each with its own tile board. If you look after several organizations, you can set each one up the way its operation needs. • Alert channels per recipient, not just per stage. One stage can call one person and push to another, without everybody's phone ringing. • On-call is now visible. It used to live in a long press on the organization row, which meant the question "who gets called tonight" was the only hidden thing in the whole flow. BETTER • A glossary of three words, used the same way everywhere: an incident is the event, an outage is the state of a service, an alert is the delivery to a human. • Every state now carries a shape alongside its colour. If you cannot tell red from green, you read the shape; if you can, you read both. • The count of open incidents in the Dynamic Island can no longer outgrow its space, not at three digits and not in landscape. • Touch targets under your thumb instead of at the edge, and raw machine values are gone from the lists. • Contrast that holds up at night. FIXED • The incident display now keeps following the situation when the app is closed. It was started remotely but never updated afterwards, so it could show an outage that had long since ended. • The incident display now also survives an app restart. • Two sliders in the on-call settings that were stored but never read. They promised a repeat that did not exist. • In the cockpit, the title sat underneath the toolbar instead of beside it.

Team chat next to the numbers, and an interface that no longer claims all is calm. NEW • Team chat: talk it through during an incident without leaving the app. Direct messages, project channels and a channel of its own per incident. On iPad the conversation stays open as a docked window while you keep working in the cockpit; on iPhone the symbol in the top bar opens it. • The escalation chain as a timeline: who gets woken after how many minutes, several recipients per step, and endpoints such as Slack, Teams, PagerDuty or Opsgenie as the target of a step. • A silent host now looks silent, not healthy. When an agent or heartbeat has been quiet for more than five minutes, it reads "No data" instead of a green tick. Grey, not red: missing knowledge is not a measured outage. On the watch too. • Post-mortem versions, with a look inside before you restore an older one. FIXED • The duty roster, the account and the recipient list showed email addresses, broken across lines in the middle of the domain. They show names now. • The cockpit reported "no incidents in the period" with a green seal while an incident was open. It now says the same number as the tab badge. • Two silent monitors were invisible in the summary. They are counted, named and shown in the bar. • The test button on a monitor covered the very readings you open the screen for. Sign in with Apple works again: sign up, sign in, and link your Apple ID to an existing account. After signing up you go straight to setup instead of landing in an empty cockpit. Fixed a crash when the plan notice opened.

You register, activate your account and reset your password directly in the app, with no detour through a separate identity service. Also in this version: your plan and upgrades can be viewed and changed in the app, plus a number of smaller fixes behind the scenes.
