Why the change? Previously, station IDs were generated deterministically from stream URLs and metadata. With V11, each station now has a permanent, random identifier that never changes, regardless of how the station's stream details evolve. This makes your favorites rock-solid and future-proof. What happens to my favorites? Pladio automatically migrates your existing favorites and recent stations to the new system on first launch. The migration runs silently in the background — you shouldn't notice anything different. In rare cases where a station can no longer be matched (e.g., it was removed from the database), Pladio rescues it as a "My Station" entry so you don't lose it. These rescued stations appear in the "My" tab with a small migration badge. Cross-device sync: If you have older devices still running V10, don't worry — Pladio checks for favorites synced from those devices on every launch and migrates them automatically. Your listening history stays in sync across all your devices.
