Cracked acrylic or polycarbonate panel? PlexiSafe tells you exactly where to drill and what diameter to use to stop the crack from spreading before it is too late.
Based on Linear Elastic Fracture Mechanics (LEFM), PlexiSafe calculates the minimum stop-drill hole diameter, evaluates stresses, and gives you an instant verdict: repair safe, warning, or critical.

Fixes and input improvements.
- The numeric keyboard can now be dismissed (Done button, or swipe the form)
- Typed values are used immediately by Calculate and kept within the slider range
- After Calculate, a message confirms the result and opens the Results tab in one tap
- Input errors are now shown directly on the input screen
