Pulse is a real-time voice and body analytics app that helps you understand how you communicate and how your body responds during conversations, presentations, and everyday speaking.
WHAT IT DOES
Pulse listens to your voice during live sessions and measures speaking pace (WPM), volume, pitch, modulation, filler words, voice quality, stress, sentiment, and talk ratio. Pair an Apple Watch to add heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, and motion tracking.
All processing happens on your device. Raw audio is never uploaded.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Start a session and speak naturally.
2. Pulse captures voice metrics in real time using on-device speech recognition.
3. View your state, stress level, and vocal patterns as you speak.
4. End the session to see a full recap with AI-generated takeaways.
5. Track your progress over time in the Trends tab.
PRIVACY
- All audio processing stays on your device.
- Raw audio is not uploaded by Pulse.
- Health data requires your explicit permission via Apple HealthKit.
- No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking.
