The app gives many services such as creating parcels, check parcel details, make a chat with driver or system admin, use of QR scanning for make deal with large number of parcels easily, receive notifications for some actions like when the parcel is delivered, when the driver have a new parcel to receive and when have a new message. Also, driver users can check list of parcels to be delivery and arranging them based on parcel location or as they like, the user can make a call with customer and check each parcels list based on parcel stage.
