The mobile app also enables users to choose multiple destinations for cases where the user has more than one drop-off location. The customers can also book deliveries in advance on the mobile application. You can also be sure of making multiple Payment which allows users to pay for delivery which includes payment via Debit Cards, payment via Bank Transfer, Redhat also supports a safe and secure walleting system that allows users to fund their wallets ahead of time while subsequent deliveries payments are deducted from their wallet. That's not all, the notification system has been designed to allow users to be notified every step of the way during delivery. From the moment a user requests a pickup to the point the package is delivered, Redhat informs both the sender and the receiver of the status of the package every step of the way. You can also chat with your Redhat customer service agents. The Redhat mobile app for users allows users to interact with admins. This can be in the form of complaints, requests, criticism, opinions or plain feedback. Users can initiate a chat with admins and the admins can respond via the admin panel seamlessly.
