Applicazione fantastica!
Erroneamente avevo cancellato tutte le attività di Strava dall’app Salute!
Nella disperazione di aver perso oltre 800 attività, ho trovato questa applicazione che è stupenda! Non solo sono riuscito a ricreare tutte le attività nell’app Salute, ma ben più complete rispetto a prima con tutti i dati cardiaci e di mappa che tramite Strava o Garmin gusto per citarne due, non è possibile importare! Così ora se svolgo un’attività di ciclismo tramite i miei dispositivi Garmin posso importare completamente l’attività in salute con tutti i dati compresi quelli cardiaci ed avere la giornata completa, anche se non ho Apple Watch al polso durante l’attività. Insomma è proprio l’app che cercavo! Complimenti!

Applicazione semplicemente fantastica e fondamentale!
Consente di sincronizzare i dati tra moltissimi portali sportivi, tra cui Garmin Connect, Suunto Movescount/SportTracks, TrainingPeaks, Strava, Polar, ecc...
l’importo in RunGap è completamente gratuito, poi con un paio di euro a trimestre è possibile gestire l’export nei vari portali per tenerli allineati.

Must have
Dopo qualche perplessità dovuta alla paura che mi sovrascrivesse o duplicasse le attività, ho deciso di installare questa app.
Devo dire FANTASTICA, importa dati da una ventina di fitness app, li ordina, e permette di forzare la condivisione tra app.
Ad esempio runtastic di default non importa le attività svolte con Apple Watch, con questa app le puoi importare, e anche le mappe!
