Allora, ho scaricato quest'applicazione in previsione dell'estate, perché partendo non sarei potuta più andare in palestra e quindi addio al cardio. E invece no! Premettendo che ho iniziato anche prima di partire, sono arrivata alla 5° settimana del programma per principianti e lo adoroo!!! Mentre prima odiavo correre e dopo 2km non ce la facevo più, ora non vedo l'ora che arrivi la sera per uscire ad allenarmi e dopo 5km, anche se smetto, non sono stremata e in realtà potrei anche continuare. La cosa migliore di quest'app è che pian piano i livelli aumentano di difficoltà, mentre tu neanche te ne accorgi; all'inizio infatti, mentre vedevo i piani di allenamento della 4° settimana, non avrei mai pensato di farcela... e invece! Addirittura ora quando vado a correre con mio padre è lui che non riesce stare al mio passo, e quando vado con un'altra mia amica (l'anno scorso avevamo lo stesso livello di resistenza), vedo che a volte si deve fermare mentre io continuo; per non parlare della mia perdita di peso (non ho la bilancia qui, ma vedo che ho perso mooolto sulla pancia e sulle gambe). A parte per la pubblicità (che ci sta tutta, e comunque è per la versione premium e non per giochini), app perfetta complimenti 😍😍😍😍

I risultati sono migliori delle aspettative

Che dire FANTASTICA!
Ho sempre adorato uscire per una corsetta, ma ho sempre “sofferto” di fiato corto e dolore alla milza non appena correvo per un po’, quindi diciamo la mia resistenza era veramente poca.. nonostante ciò sono arrivata alla 7º settimana del livello intermedio riuscendo a correre per circa 7 km in 40 minuti, sono soddisfattissima dei miei risultati!
(Anche a livello fisico ho notato una gran differenza nelle cosce che si sono snellite moltissimo!) per di più le voci dei trainer sono intriganti e ti spingono a fare sempre un po’ di più.. sono un po’ la tua coscienza che é utilissima a mio avviso per mantenerti sempre motivato anche quando (sopratutto inizialmente) sembra un po’ tostino!

Applicazione gratuita e stimolante per chi vuole iniziare a correre! Quando l’ho scaricata non avevo mai corso per più di un minuto di seguito! Adesso riesco a correre per quasi 60 minuti senza mai fermarmi, e ci sono riuscita semplicemente seguendo con costanza la tabella di allenamenti per i 10 km! Un consiglio spassionato: prima di fare anche solo il primo minuto di corsa, investite in un paio di scarpe adatte alla corsa! Non ve ne pentirete ed eviterete infortuni fastidiosi che potrebbero compromettere il vostro allenamento.
