Samsung Galaxy Buds 4+

L’applicazione non è compatibile.. cioè le cuffie funzionano, Siri funziona con le cuffie, ho l’ultimo aggiornamento di iOS, posso scarica l’app, ma poi non funziona.. boh.. credo debba essere compatibile visto che riesco ad utilizzare la più recente patch di iOS.. metto 2 stelle perché posso capire che avere un telefono di 5 anni sia un caso estremo però se Apple mi aggiorna dispositivo non capisco il problema di Samsung.. comunque cuffie Top

Hi there! We understand your frustration and are really sorry for the inconvenience. The Galaxy Buds+ is not compatible with iPhone's older models. We would love to support all our users but this is unfortunately a hardware compatibility limitation which cannot be addressed by a software update.
The minimum requirement for a Galaxy Buds+ to work in iOS is satisfied by iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions. This fact is stated in the application description as well. We'd appreciate your understanding regarding the matter, thank you.

Prima di acquistare le galaxy buds + mi sono informata molto sulla compatibilità tra dispositivi IOS e le buds, tutti ne parlavano più che bene e sinceramente non mi sento di smentire! Le buds sono di altissima qualità, si connettono subito e tramite l’app funzionano bene senza intoppi.

A parte che l’App non è ottimizzata per iPad, e vabbè.. costava troppo farne una versione adatta? Forse sì.
Poi, molto grave, non supporta le Buds prodotte fino a dicembre, cioè solo pochi mesi prima. Che senso ha? È così che fidelizzate i clienti. Basta, con Samsung Ho chiuso. E per favore risparmiatemi la tiritera: let us explain, new chip, better memory... bah

Buds+ has been built with a new chip which enhances connectivity and provides better memory. Due to the implementation of the new chip, Galaxy Buds+ are compatible with iOS devices.
Sadly, this compatibility limitation cannot be addressed with a software update. We're really sorry for the inconvenience it may cause and we would really appreciate your understanding.
