The management of your APP and its derivatives on the Internet is completely insufficient, devoid of graphics, intuition, logic.
In 2023 it is inconceivable, on ma opinion, that an industrial giant like yours will fail to invest in more affordable, secure, intuitive software with completely new graphics.
Continuous blocks, incorrect automatic values ​​when entering the results of your tests (the same value on the instructions gives a result while on the APP it gives a completely different one) makes me want to change the entire technique (including all the products related to them) from another supplier just to make you understand how wrong you are.
If I could I would have given 0 stars.

La gestione della vostra APP e dei suoi derivati su Internet è completamente insufficiente, priva di grafica, di intuizione, di logica.
Nel 2023 è, per me, inconcepibile come un colosso come il vostro non riesca ad investire in un software più abbordabile, sicuro, intuitivo e con una grafica completamente nuova.
Continui blocchi, valori automatici sballati nell’inserimento dei risultati dei vostri test (lo stesso valore sulle istruzioni da un risultato mentre sull’APP ne da uno completamente diverso) mi fanno venire voglia di cambiare tutta la tecnica (ivi compresi tutti i prodotti a loro legati) da un altro fornitore solo per farvi capire quanto state sbagliando.
Se avessi potuto avrei dato 0 stelle.
