A happy runner is a fast runner.
Stack is a completely customizable running log built around this idea. For many runners, standardized training approaches lead to burnout, injury, stagnant results, and resentment. That was the case for me, so I changed how I approach running. The result was tremendous strides in performance, truly enjoying every run, and an overall happier life. I bottled this up and created Stack.
